Mackenzie Muha, MFT-C
Owner of Nurture Relational Therapy
Welcome to Nurture Relational Therapy!
I’m Mackenzie, and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. I believe therapy shouldn’t feel stiff or scary. We’re humans sharing space and I’m in this with you. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, or “MFT”, I work with both couples and individuals. MFTs are trained with a systemic lens, which means I will not only focus on you and/or your relationship, but I will also take into context the greater systems that surround you. This can be the family you were born into, the culture of academia, your work environment, your romantic relationship, cultural influences, implications of societal norms, and the list goes on.
My style can be described as warm, casual, practical, directive, and integrative with both in-session processing and in-between session homework. I believe sharing space in therapy is such an honor, and I hold such a passion for this work. Congratulations on taking steps in your growth journey.
